We work with amazing charities who would be delighted for you take part in the Superhero Run on their behalf and become a real-life hero as you raise funds for their cause!

The minimum sponsorship for this challenge is £100 - as you know, these funds are incredibly valuable to your chosen charity and we are here to support your goal of achieving your target!

Mind

We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Because of Mind, millions more people have access to advice and support thanks to our information and services nationally and locally, in England and Wales. We’re building on change, but we know there is much more to do.


The Brompton Fountain

The Brompton Fountain works with the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, children’s wards and outpatient clinics at Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals. We support children with life threatening heart and lung conditions and their families whilst on the ward and at home and fundraise to improve facilities and purchase medical equipment.


UK Sepsis Trust

The UK Sepsis Trust is a grass roots charity passionate about mending sepsis. Our team of staff, volunteers and fundraisers seek to save lives and improve outcomes for survivors of sepsis by instigating political change, educating healthcare professionals, raising public awareness and providing support for those affected by this devastating condition.


Pan Asian Women’s Society

Educate a Girl, Change a Life, Break the Cycle PAWA is focused on a single purpose : To support teenage girls education in Asia. PAWA brings people together to aid small local projects that empower women through education. Evidence shows that educating teenage girls is the most effective way to fight poverty. PAWA is UK registered charity and professionally managed by a dedicated group of volunteers. Since 2009, PAWA has helped 16 projects in 11 Asian countries and reached over 6000 girls.
